Erik ten Hag has provided an update on Manchester United's injury situation ahead of their clash with Manchester City in the Community Shield on Sunday.
The Red Devils will be without a number of key players for the match, including Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, and Harry Maguire.
Ten Hag said that Martial and Rashford are both "close" to returning to action, but Maguire is still "a few weeks away".
The Dutchman also confirmed that new signing Lisandro Martinez will be available for the match.
"We have a few injuries," Ten Hag said. "Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are close to returning, but Harry Maguire is still a few weeks away.
"Lisandro Martinez is available for the match. He has had a good pre-season and we are looking forward to seeing him play."
Manchester United will be looking to win their first trophy under Ten Hag when they face Manchester City in the Community Shield on Sunday.
The match will be a repeat of the 2024 FA Cup final, which United won 2-1.
